ININ Toggle Call StatusDisplays a button to enable the Call Status Attribute to be changed to a specified value - Toggle Hold, Toggle Record, Toggle Pause Recording, or Toggle Mute.
Click on Advanced Properties to set how the calling party appears to the recipient, as a Customer Call, Consult Call, or Variable Call ID. You also have the option to transfer control to a page.
