Controls do not display or function as expected

A change to CallScripter 4.5.51 to provide performance enhancements has embedded required java script in the controls that use them, rather than running when not required.  If you have upgraded from 4.5.50 or earlier, you may find that:
 
  • Controls that are visible in the script editor do not display in the agent desktop
  • Controls display in the agent desktop, but are missing display elements.
 

Campaign links not available

When attempting to link a script to a dialer campaign, the following may be seen:
 
This is because the campaign retrieval plugin has stopped and must be restarted.  On restart, the list of available campaigns may be unavailable for up to two minutes whilst campaign data is retrieved.
