9.  Specify Default CTI Provider (Optional)

CallScripter can display multiple providers in the agent toolbar, allowing agents to select which integration they wish to log onto. If there is only one provider, the Integration Default drop down list can be set to a specific provider, system wide,  removing the need for an agent to select one on logging in.
 
This setting is located in System Manager -> Application Settings -> CTI
