Details of each option with a short description follow:

Option Name

Option Description

CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Dialer
True/False.
Determines if a dialer is present. When checked, users will have the option to log onto inbound or dialer during the log on process .
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_CalledIdAttributeName
Only applicable for inbound, and mandatory, for inbound CallScripter script pop.  By default, this attribute contains the CalledID or DNIS, which determines which script to pop in CallScripter, and is set to Eic_LocalEndpointImmutable on installation of the CallScripter application.  If the DNIS is passed in another call attribute by a custom call handler, the name of that attribute can be specified here.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_CallerIdAttributeName
Only applicable for inbound,   By default, this is set to Eic_RemoteEndpointImmutable.  In order to pass the CLI/ANI, Interactive Intelligence will need to provide a handler to pass this information to an attribute.  The attribute that contains this information must be specified here in order to pass the ANI/CLI to a script.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_SessionIdAttributeName
Only applicable for inbound.  If an attribute name is entered the CallScripter unique sessionID will automatically be passed into the named attribute to provide a link between CallScripter and CIC data.  No handler is required.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_ScriptTimeAttributeName
Only applicable for inbound.  If an attribute name is entered the CallScripter script start time will automatically be passed into the named attribute for CIC reporting purposes.  No handler is required.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_InhibitScreenPopAttributeName
This is a special attribute.  In order to suppress a screen pop, a handler can be created to pass a value to an attribute, which is then interpreted by CallScripter.  Should the attribute contains a 1, on receiving an interaction no script pop will occur.  The value to enter here is the name of the attribute that may or may not contain a 1 and therefore determines whether or not a script should pop.
*CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Service Location
IP address or server name of the server running the Data Service V4.  This is normally the CallScripter Web server.  For full transfer functionality the software will make a connection from the Agent PC to the CIC Data Service V4 at this address.
*CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Service Port
The port that is configured in the Service Manager for CIC – Data Service V4.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Available Status Key
By default, if this is blank, when the user successfully logs on to a dialer campaign, their status will be set to 'Available'.  If required, an alternative status can be specified here.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Break Status Key

By default, if this is blank, when the user successfully is granted a break by the server, their status will be set to 'Do Not Disturb'.  If required, an alternative status can be specified here by using a pipe delimited list.  This will display a sub menu in the request a break option in the toolbar.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Logged In Status Key
By default, if this is blank, when the user successfully connects to the CIC server, their status will be set to 'Available, No ACD'.  If required, an alternative status can be specified here.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Logged Out Status Key

By default, if this is blank, when the user successfully logs out of the CIC server, their status will be set to 'Gone home'.  If required, an alternative status can be specified here.
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Mode
Set Agent Login Mode.  User/Machine
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Selectable Status
Pipe | separated list of CIC status selectable by the agent
CallScripter.CTI.ININIceLib4_Handle interactions while in DND state
If the user is in a DND status in the toolbar, and a new interaction arrives in their queue, the CallScripter toolbar will not react to the interaction and will not display it in the toolbar.  If the user changes their status to an available one, they will see the interactions appear in the toolbar.  If set to true interactions will appear regardless of status.
