Temporary override of the global application setting "CTCallDisconnectOnClose" (which is in the Application Settings/CTI section) affecting only the current Interaction

Used in the scenario where an agent makes a manual call to a line with voicemail, and needs to transfer the call to an IVR (attendant profile) to play a message to the target's voicemail. The interaction/call remains connected after the script is closed.
