ININ Transfer

 
Displays a button that to enable a call to be transferred to a specified phone number.
 
Click on Advanced Properties, to configure the button to perform a Consult Transfer, a transfer *from a specified Workgroup, and optionally transfer control to another page in the script.
 
 
Limitations:
The transfer from a workgroup function is deprecated in IceLib and will be removed from the control in a forthcoming release. The list for Transfer From Workgroup will be blank.
 
The lists of Finishing Workgroups and Wrap Up categories are obtained by the CallScripter Interactive Intelligence Campaign Retrieval Plugin at run time when the control is configured in the Script Editor.  It is stored in a control attribute as a text string.  Should the text value of the Workgroup or Wrap Up Category change at CIC/Dialler level, the control must be updated to reflect this change.

This control contains 3 transfer csCommands, with only one being used dependent on control set up:
 
transfer
Used when 'Consult transfer' check box is ticked.
(Parameter 1 set by Transfer Number, Parameter 2 set by Transfer Script check box)
 
transfertofinishing
Replaces transfer if Transfer to Finishing Agent is checked.
(Parameter 1 set by Finishing Workgroup list box, no other commands are passed)
 
transferblind
Used when 'Consult transfer' check box is not ticked.
(Parameter 1 set by Transfer Number, Parameter 2 set by Transfer Script check box)
