Transfer

When a user wishes to transfer to a user, Workgroup or attendant profile the following destination types are available:
 
 
When searching for a destination (provided the CIC Data Service is operational), the 'search' box will provide a prompt to assist in finding available destinations.
 
Once the destination has been determined, the options of 'Transfer' or 'Consult' can be used.
 
'Transfer' instigates a blind transfer to the destination.
 
'Consult' brings up various options specific to this transfer type:
 
 
'Connect Original', 'Connect Consult' and 'Connect Both' connect the user to either the original caller, consult agent or both parties respectively, whilst retaining the transfer dialogue.
 
'Complete Transfer' will connect both parties together and complete the interaction.
 
'Conference' will join all three parties together into a Conference interaction.
 
'Cancel transfer' will return the user to the original interaction.
