The CallScripter Communication Toolbar (CT) contains a range of standard telephony functions accessible by the user via buttons.  These buttons are available throughout the script unless otherwise configured by the script developer who has the ability to enable or disable the buttons.

 

The buttons offer the user the ability to create or control interactions directly in the CallScripter Agent Desktop without the need to access any other application i.e. the Interactive Intelligence .NET client.

 

The Script developer can also call the buttons from the script if they desire to automate or control user operation of the buttons.
