CallScripter requires a licence file to function.  This file is requested through Interactive Intelligence and is applied to the web server on which CallScripter is installed on during install.

 

A prerequisite of CallScripter is that each CIC server has an Icelib SDK licence installed (Part # SW-001-4.0-SA10).  If this licence is not present already it can be obtained from your Interactive Intelligence sales representative at no extra cost.  Obtain and install this SDK licence onto each IC server.  For procedural details please refer to the “Interaction Center Licensing Overview Technical Reference”, a document in the Technical Reference Documents section of the IC Documentation Library

CallScripter is available as an outright purchase, or as an add-on to CaaS.  Both sets of part numbers are shown here.

 

Your Interactive Intelligence representative or Partner will request a CallScripter licence for you, based on the quantities of each licence type you have ordered.  They will need to know the name of the server that CallScripter will be installed upon.  The license restricts the application to running on this named server.  Please supply the names for all web servers you wish to install the product on.

 

The licence request will follow the normal Interactive Intelligence licence process, and will be issued by CallScripter.  During the installation process the Setup Wizard will request a valid license – so please ensure you have requested the .CSL file before you attempt to install.

 

If you need to get a new license because of a change of server, or need for a later version, please ensure to include a copy of your old license to expedite the process.
