The toolbar comprises of both script navigation and call manipulation components. Script builders can determine which of these buttons are available to the agent via the Toolbar Buttons control.
On the left hand side is the group of buttons that helps agents move and access information when in a script.
These buttons are :

Back
Forward
End Call
Spellcheck
FAQ
On the right hand side are the communication related buttons.
These buttons are :
Make Call
Transfer
Mute
Record
Hold
Disconnect
Pickup
Each button available on the toolbar is displayed in the control attributes together with a dropdown having three options available:
Enabled: viewable and enabled
Disabled: viewable and disabled
Hidden: button is hidden from view
The option will be set to Enabled by default.
Any changes made to hide/deactivate buttons will remain in place throughout the script run.
