Note that the Interactive Intelligence integration uses the NEW agent desktop and therefore requires IE9 or later. CallScripter is a Web Based application that relies heavily on client side JavaScript processing. Where the installation of CallScripter is to replace an EasyScripter installation, please ensure that the environment meets our minimum server and client machine specifications. It must not be assumed that because EasyScripter has been replaced with CallScripter that the resource requirements are the same.

From version 4.5.41 it is no longer necessary to install the IceLib SDKs for backwards compatibility for new installations unless you are using a version of CIC/Dialler that relies on anything older than IceLib 2015 R1.
