ININ Own Agent Reschedule

Displays a checkbox to be used in conjunction with the reschedule date/time controls. When checked, the dialer will only reschedule calls to this agent, rather than any available agent. When the dialer redials the contact, the call will be routed to the agent who rescheduled the call.
 
 
* Note: this operation by itself does not set up a reschedule. The script must also set the reason code to reschedule.
