Same as Set Call Outcome – Automatic, except that the codes are set in response to a list box selection instead of automatically at page load. You can configure the text displayed for each Reason code (Wrap Up Category), and a corresponding Finish code (Wrap Up Code).
The system plugin (from Version 4.5.45+) will expose wrap up codes to all script types (irrespective of campaign or script (inbound/outbound) type).
You can also add New Outcomes and Jump to a specified page.
